Funding and rating
DNB Bank ASA issues senior debt and subordinated debt. DNB Boligkreditt AS, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DNB Bank ASA, issues covered bonds. DNB issues bonds through both large public transactions and private placements. Please contact Long Term Funding to receive prices and maturities for private placements. DNB has obtained credit ratings from two rating agencies, Moody’s and Standard and Poor’s (S&P). The covered bond programme is rated by Moody’s and S&P.
