On 31 May 2006, the Board of Directors of DnB NOR Hypotek AS approved the merger plan between DnB NOR Bank ASA as the acquiring company and DnB NOR Hypotek AS as the acquired company. The Board of Directors of DnB NOR Bank ASA approved the merger plan at a board meeting on 30 May 2006.
